I handle the litigation of matters where a family member seeks to challenge a Will, Trust or transfer of property.

Criminal Defense

Currently, I only take a limited amount of these cases, which are assisting those charged with criminal offenses in state courts.

Consulting

Litigation

As a consultant for attorneys, I share my experience and insight to assist in evaluating cases, developing theories and themes for trial.  My consultation includes developing strategies for depositions, pre-trial motions and pretrial arguments.  I work closely with attorneys on voir dire, witness preparation, opening statements, closing arguments and record making for appeal.

My work can be contracted for specific needs or for the entire case.
